1. Returns

At Adventure Shark Marine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) with a copy of your original invoice and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

5. Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item.
